He Chunsheng joined the Board of Global Switch as a Non-Executive Director in August 2019 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in September 2019.
Mr He joined Jiangsu Shagang Group Co., Ltd (a Fortune 500 company and the largest private steel company in China) in 2001 and has served as Executive Director, Vice President and Chief Economist of the group's board of directors since January 2007. He was also Executive Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Jiangsu Shagang Group Co., Ltd from 2009 to 2013. He concurrently served as Chairman of Jiangsu Shagang Co., Ltd., (listed on the Shenzen Stock Exchange with Stock Code 002075) which is a subsidiary of Shagang Group from 2014. Prior to joining Shagang Group Co., Ltd., He Chunsheng served in a number of senior roles for Jinfeng Zhahua Stripping Factory, Jinhua Group, amongst others. He Chunsheng graduated from Suzhou Silk Institute of Technology (now Soochow University) with a Bachelor of Engineering in 1989.
